- Carnet entries: instructor notes, personal notes linked to attended events
- Certification data: level, expiry date, validation records
- Financial data: invoice amounts, payment status (self-funded events only)
- LOOKCredits: balance and transaction history
3. How We Use Your Data
- To manage your LookAcademy account and certification status
- To track training progress and issue certifications
- To generate invoices for self-funded training events
- To communicate upcoming events and certification expiry alerts
- To provide project eligibility data to SurfaceLab (LTP profiles only)
4. Retention Periods
- Carnet entries: retained for the duration of active certification plus 5 years
- Account data: retained while account is active; deleted or anonymised on erasure request
- Invoice records: retained for 10 years per Swiss accounting obligations
- Certification records: retained indefinitely for audit and verification purposes

You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data.
